The Parish Magazine team have worked hard to produce a new look magazine. We think it looks fabulous, and Trustees commend the ream for their hard work. The Parish Magazine team are looking for content including photos and items of local interest. We appreciate your views, get in touch if you don’t receive the magazine, would prefer the magazine in a digital form or know someone who has recently moved to the area.
Your Community Trust
Happy New Year to all Parishioners. As a reminder Ellingham Community Trust provides benefits to parishioners in four ways :
Solid Fuel Scheme. The 2026 Solid Fuel Scheme will launch in the Spring.
Green Scheme. This scheme is designed to help parishioners with the cost of environmentally friendly purchases.
Training, Education and School Support Scheme (TESS). This scheme is designed to support study, full time education or a training courses at a higher or further education establishment or youth activities that promote health and wellbeing.
Community Projects Fund. This scheme covers community wide projects, and previously has supported St Maurice’s Church and Ellingham Village Hall.

All funds are open to permanent residents of the parish, all funding is at the discretion of the Trustees to make the best use of the monies provided to the community.
Ellingham Community Trust Fund
Ellingham Community Trust Fund is a Charitable Trust funded by Wandylaw Wind Farm Ltd to be disbursed for benefit of the community and parishioners of Ellingham. The fund is managed by a board of trustees. The purpose of the Trust is to support developments for the benefit of the communities and individuals within Ellingham Parish. The activities must provide some measure of economic, environmental, educational, social or cultural benefit for people living in the parish. Wandylaw Wind Farm Company Ltd will pay the agreed figure of £36,869 annually into the Trust Fund while the Wandylaw Wind Farm is operational. The Trust works with other local organisations to support the community.
